Samantha has produced a series of Royal images taken by Seven Time Royal Photographer of the Year, Kent Gavin.
Samantha Norbury was born in 1978 has lived happily since then in her beloved County of Devon. As a child she watched in awe as her older brother drew super-heroes and cartoons. Her brother, although talented, never took up a career in art but Samantha was hooked!
She now specializes in pencil portraits of celebrities, wildlife, sport, domestic pets and various commissions in both graphite and full colour. Her attention to detail is simply incredible, and her ability to capture the character of her subjects is clear for all to see.
Sam especially enjoys creating images of the more exotic animals, especially tigers and leopards thoughtfully reflecting the wonder of nature in their unique colours and markings.
Commissions are received from the world over, but she has a particularly active fan base in the USA and Canada. Celebrity tributes that Sam has received includes those from Sir Cliff Richard, Doug Bradley - star of 'Hellraiser', Phil 'The Power' Taylor and one of her original subjects, the 'King of Bling'darts personality, Bobby George.
Now represented by the Mike Fisher Organisation, Samantha will be working with iconic brands and names, recreating images by seven times 'Royal Photographer of the Year', Kent Gavin.
