Mike Fisher

Mike Fisher and Terry Nibbs have been respected and active innovators in the entertainment industry for 30 years specializing in Personal Management, Marketing, PR and Agency for individuals and corporate entities throughout the Arts and Media spectrum. Mike's journey began as a teenager booking such talents as Bobby Davro, Johnny Logan, Showaddywaddy, Richard Digance, Rose Marie, Mike Reid in cabaret and clubs, also representing Radio DJs including Radio One's Bruno Brookes, Gary Davies, Steve Wright, Simon Mayo, Jonathan King, & for Capital Radio's Chris Tarrant and Alan Freeman to name but a few.

After a few years his personal management skills came to the fore and he became the Sole Agent for artistes including Evel Knievel and his son Robbie Knievel in the UK, Eddie Kidd, and also personal Manager for Chris Bromham, four times World Champion motorcycle long distance jumper. He also represented TV presenters Michael Groth, Kim Goody, and sport personalities Barry McGuigan, Terry Marsh, Sharon Davies and Jackie Pallo.

Mike is particularly proud of his achievements when he managed Legend, 4 times Grammy Winner, Hawk Wolinski {songwriter} whose credits include Grammy songs for Rufus & Chaka Khan with whom Hawk also played and was awarded best Rhythm & Blues performance by duo or group with vocal 'Ain't No Body' which Hawk penned. Hawk has also written songs for artistes such as George Benson, The Isley Brothers, Michael McDonald, Joe Cocker, Chicago and worked with Glenn Frey of The Eagles, The Shadows of Knight, and of course Rufus & Chaka Khan. Mike was also Sole Agent and Manager for actors Ross Davison, Lewis Collins, and singer, actor, director and producer David Soul, who is best known for his creation of the character Hutch in The legendary television series Starsky & Hutch.

It was during this period that he met and worked with Terry Nibbs for the first time. Mike also represented, and on the marketing side, was Agent for Phillip Moross of Cutting Edge for 'Names to Clothes' with Claire King and Anthea Turner. Mike then worked with Wot Films for Carlton producing their video 'Body Calling' featuring the Kimberly Davies from 'Neighbors' and also with television companies such as LWT, THAMES, BORDER, TVS and the BBC. He also has excellent contacts with newspapers The Sun, Daily Mirror, The People, News of the World, and magazines Just Seventeen, Mizz, Lookin, My Guy, TV Times, Woman, & Woman's Own.

Mike also worked with Universal and EMI while managing top record producer Ted Carfrae and produced for Jane McDonald, and recorded 'Inspiration' with Universal Music. The record went gold. And then Ted went on to produce Engelbert Humperdinck's album 'I Want To Wake Up With You' as well as David Cassidy's album 'Then and Now' to name but a few and worked with major promoters throughout the UK & Europe touring in 2OO5 with Dionne Warwick. Mike recently went into partnership with Terry Nibbs utilizing Terry's 30 years experience in Marketing, TV, Film and PR. They are now evolving The Mike Fisher Organisation into a Broad Spectrum Arts House specializing in the personal representation of Actors, Artists, Musicians, Product Development and Corporate entities.

Terry Nibbs

Terry's diverse experience began with marketing when he became the youngest Sales Executive then or since for Golden Limited, (L'Oreal), and after intensive training was rewarded with the coveted 'West End' area which included Vidal Sassoon as one of his clients at just 19 years of age. The media aspect of marketing beckoned and before long he was with Express Newspapers where he became Head of Features. It was at Express that Terry met Chris Hemmings who introduced him to the more interesting world of TV and Film working initially with Cubby Broccoli's Eon films on The Spy Who Loved me, followed by Aces High, Rollerball, Seven Per Cent Solution, to name but a few.

Since 1978 Terry has also worked as producer, script editor, writer and director for various TV and Theatrical productions and has also written and produced documentaries, plays and short stories in his own right. In the nineties Terry worked with Tony Scannell and the students at E15 Acting School and was one of the originators of County Focus for Telewest, working with creative icon, Matthew Haines and Brian Cattell, on the world's first commercial cable magazine programme.

Product Design and Development includes a partnership with Mark Lazarus in Innovation in Sport and Industry Ltd. working with such icons as Guy Kinnings at IMG and Majors Winner Tom Kite on various products in the golfing world including the design of a new golf grip approved by the R&A, and a driver working with George Boss when he took over the reins at Petron. Further products were developed and successfully marketed with World Bowls Champion David Bryant CBE and World Snooker Champion, Dennis Taylor with mentoring from John Hines at Barry Hearn's Matchroom Group of Companies.

In February 2000 Terry had the privilege to be appointed project co-ordinator with Arte Associates Ltd working with Dr. Ramin Wali and Placid Gonzales. His role centered on assessing screenplays and international film projects as a 'Front Line Man', representing international investors worldwide..

Terry's experience in PR, Personal Management and TV/Film projects includes working with Award Winning writer Murray Watts, 'The Miracle Maker', 'The Dream', Producer Steve Sheen, Actor Rob Duncan and Producer David Bainbridge. David is currently completing his documentary 'Vietnam – The Rock and Roll War' with partner Sir David Frost. David is also Executive Producer on various projects including Terry's 'Leviathan'. Terry also managed actor Asier Cebeira who played youth lead Arlo Dean in Channel 5's Family Affairs working alongside Nick Boyles, Rock 'n' Roll Icon Marty Wild and his Songwriter/Producer son Rick.

More recently he has been concentrating on various new dramas and light entertainment ventures including a new screenplay for the 1942 film 'Random Harvest' based on James Hilton's Novel and some new comedy ideas with writer Paul Foley, and two short film projects with brilliant young film maker Ryan Brazier including a 'risqué' Britain's Got Talent meets X Factor type game show 'Britain's Most Perfect'

They represent actress Alarna Carr and are in the process of attracting a wide range of new talent to the fold including Producer/Songwriter, Rod Gammons. They also offer a unique and specialist Film & TV Location Service.

Recent additions to the Mike Fisher Organisation are seven time 'Royal Photographer of the Year', Kent Gavin and record producer Charles Foskett.
